Sweet n Simple Card

Hi blog friends, woohoo! my blog has reached just over 10.000 hits! So, i will be offering up a little candy later to celebrate. Now i have a card to share. I call it Sweet n Simple because that's exactly what it is. No fancy frills or embellishments just stamped and coloured image, paper, card and a rub on sentiment.

Storage Solutions

Hi there, blog friends, i just thought i would share my solution for stamp storage. I bought hinged A4 boxes from The Pound shop and i'm able to stick my stamps on both sides. These ones are mainly used for my Tilda collection but until i get some more Tildas i am also storing my Debbie Moore swirl stamps. Here's a couple of pics, sorry if they're not very good but the sun keeps going in and out, OMG!! Did i just say the sun, havn't seen the sun for ages.

YOUR MY BEST FRIEND

A card and some news, woohoo!! I won and received Top 3 at One Stitch at a Time Challenges with my Graduation Fairy Tag which was made using one of Bonna's images.
Now my card is made using a Mo Manning image and coloured with Promarkers. I distressed the border of the image with Tim Holtz Antique Linen. DP's and flower are Prima. Magnolia Doohickey die Lovely Fence also distressed with Crackle Paint. Kraft card and Cardcandy from my stash.

Maya Blowing Bubbles

Good Morning bloggers, i have a card to share with you and i've used Crissy's Maya Blowing Bubbles Digi image and coloured with Promarkers. I got the shaped edge result by cutting part of a sheet from my Annalee Prima paper pad and adhering it to the top of the card, what do you think? The blue soft wash paper is from the same pad. I used beaded circle nestie which i placed the image on and a beaded oval nestie for the sentiment which is from the lovely Lynne at Crafts 4 You. I added some Joy Crafts pearls and a bow made with ribbon from my stash and finished off with a Happy Birthday rub on from Sissix.

Groovy Granny

My 2nd post of the day is a little card made using Crafters Companion's Groovy Granny stamp, coloured with promarkers and the used glossy accents and glamour dust on her dress and the grid she is standing on. DP's are Forever Friends apart from the psychadelic one that is from my stash. Also from my stash are the gems, lace, flowers and bag charm.

Graduation Fairy Tag

Hi bloggers, today for my 1st post i would like to share with you a tag i made using one of Bonna's fabulous images which you can purchase from stitchy Bear Store but first i would like to share my brilliant news. I have received a Top 5 from Crissy Armstrong of Sundays with Crissy for my Tilda's Galore Easel Card and wowee! Top 5 from the Girls at Magnolia Down Under Challenge for my Vintage Tilda Circle Card. Thank you so much Crissy and Girls. OMG, i can't believe it!!!

Here is a Photo of my tag

Isn't she adorable, i coloured her with promarkers and added some Glossy Accents and Glamour dust to her wings. The tag was made with Spellbinders Nesties using card and stitched handmade paper from my stash. The sentiment is from Crafts 4 You and was cut out with the same shape nestie as the tag, i then glittered it with Glamour Dust and also the ABC letters were glittered on one edge and they were made from Tim Holtz Vintage Market Sissix die. Ribbon and star eyelet from my stash.

Teddy Bea Lantern

Hi bloggers, i've eventuslly finished my Teddy Bea altered lantern, it has taken quite a few days to do as i've altered it and then realtered it to just the way i like it. I have taken a few photos to show different stages. It was too hard to take a photo in the dark to show the candle as the flash just made everything too bright but i managed to take one which shows the orangey glow. So here they are!!

Vintage Tilda Circle Card

Good Evening blog friends, Hubby is home from hospital now, it's so good to have him home and he has to go back in 4 weeks for a scan.
I'm also back with another Tilda card i've made for a few challenges and i've adorned it with lots of embellishments. I've used Tilda with big bow coloured with promarkers and on the circles edge i have used Tim Holtz Spun Sugar distress ink and frosted lace stickles. I cut my own circle card out and embellished it with Prima DP, cheesecloth from the Candy i won from the lovely Liz . Lace and shint pink sequins around the outside, Beaded circle Nestie using Centura Pearl CS. Flowers used are from Craftwork Cards, my stash and The Cream Prima ones i have embellished with Glamour Dust. Pearls are by Joy Crafts, feathers, ribbons, charm and tag from my stash.
