Today's card feature's Magnolia' 'London Tilda', coloured with Copics. Marianne Design dies, LR0270, CR1302 & CR1303, Helz Cuppleditch ticket die and Spellbinder's oval die.
M R Design papers, ticket and paper bow, Gems from Michaels, Lace from Woodware and Pearls from my stash. Heat embossing with chunky white Frantage.

What a charming card you've created! I'm with you: tired of this blah weather and hoping for Spring! I really like the happiness of the image and how she's dancing her way through the rain. I lived in England for over a year, so I love that idea of smiling when the rains pours down. Great use of soft pastels, which made me think of little buds blooming and I also like all of the dimension you added with the lovely layers, lace, etc. Really a beautiful creation and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
