A Card and a Sad Farewell

Hi there dear friends, before i share my card i have some sad news. As most of you will know i recently became a DT on the Do It With Digis challenge blog but due to health reasons our lovely owner Lynne is closing down the blog. I have really enjoyed my short time as a Diva and i hope you will all join me in wishing Lynne a speedy recovery. Why not pop over to the Do It With Digis and leave Lynne a fond farewell, i'm sure she will appreciate it!! Get well soon Lynne xx

My card i am sharing with you today has been created using a digital image from Create with TLC
it's not my usual style as i normally make quite girly cards with pinks, purples and aquas. I couldn't resist trying this image out on a card, i have coloured the strawberries with Promarkers and then added some glossy accents to create a juicy effect.

Mariko is Feeling Blue

 Favourite 2011 Project at Mo's Digital Pencil 
 I have used an image by the lovely Mo Manning called Mariko is Mad and coloured her in blues. I have set her on an easel card and the sentiment is my own which i made on a digital programme on the computer. Mariko is one of my absolute favourite digi images!!

This Little Light of Mine

Hi there my friends, Gorgeous weather yesterday but back to normal with rain today. Got my new spectacles yesterday, for the first time in my life i have to have two different prescriptions, one pair for distance and the other for reading, what a pain!!

Cookie Gift Box

Cookie Gift Box

Hi there my blog friends, this morning i have a gift box filled with cookies to share with you, ( of course i don't mean that literally )! LOL! I have used a box with an aperture and decorated with paper, lace, tassle, ribbon, gems, flowers and of course a digital image by Mo Manning. The Paper is Prima, flowers are Papermania, Magnolia's Doohickey die Lovely Fence. Wooden Butterfly from Bunny Zoe's Crafts.  The image is colored with Promarkers. Everything else is from my own stash. Do you think my tassel is big enough or should i have gotten a larger one? LOL!

Fairy Reflections

Good afternoon my friends, well it has stopped raining here in the North East of England but it's still cold. I can't believe i've had to put the heating on in August, think i must have blinked and missed the Summer!!!

First Steps

Hi again, this will be my 3rd post and i've really got to get a move on or i'll miss a challenge. Yes! This is called first steps and that could be applied to me too, my first steps into the world of Lily of the Valley.
