Vintage Easter Cards

Good morning everyone, we are still getting a battering in the NE of England but i'm glad to say we don't have snow!! I hope it's not too bad where you live!!

Today i made four cards rather than just one, i got these lovely images from Janet k designs and i just had to use them all!! I added a bow and some card candy to each one and used my fancy edged cards.

Spring into Life

Good morning everyone!! Where is all of this awful weather coming from, it's like winter outside so hopefully my Spring card will cheer you up!! 

All stamps are  Cute Companions clear stamps and are from a freebie stamp set in a mag, i know, can you believe these gorgeous stamps were free!!

I coloured with my Promarkers, DP is Prima's Almanac, ribbon from my stash and i used my Marianne D's small clock die, finished it all off with a banner using cut down skewers.

For You Mum!

Good morning everyone!! For my card today i've used my Tales of Beatrix Potter cd and i chose this adorable decoupage of Mrs Tiggy-winkle the hedgehog and matching backing papers, she is one of my favourite characters!!

I also used my MS eyelet lace border punch, lace, ribbon, flowers, pearls and a button.

Tilda's Spring Bird

Well! I'm not sure if a Kookaburra is a Spring bird or not but it is on my card, lol!!

Before i share my card i would like to tell you what happened yesterday!! My son started filling his bath and decided to lie on his bed while he was waiting, and he dosed off!! Hubby found the bath overflowing and it came down into the downstairs loo, walls soaking and carpet flooded.And i would just like to say i din't shout or scream, i just mopped it up and told my Son that these things happen! How many times have you got bored of waiting for the bath to fill, sneaked off and came back just in time or too late!! Anyhoo!! I told him to fetch my wellies as i could not be bothered to keep going to the upstairs loo!! Only Joking!! He thought i was being serious, poor thing!!

Well now onto my card, i've made an Easter card using 'Tilda with Kookaburra' from the Special Aussie stamp collection!!

Blooming Tilda!!

Hello Dear Friends!! I have not posted anything since Saturday as i've been relaxing and trying to catch up on some much needed sleep!!

For my card today i have used a template from Inger's Blog, DP is a freebie from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine ( which i've had for ages )!! I stamped my Tilda with Big Bow and coloured her with my TH DIs and glittered her socks. Die cut some glitter card using my Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish and Exotic Butterfly dies, added some pink mesh, a satin bow, some flowers, stringed beads, pearls and an adhesive sentiment strip.

Tilda's Easter Bird House

Good Saturday morning my friends!! Today's creation is not a card it's a bird house and i got the brilliant template from Inger's Blog!!  I've had this Magnolia stamp for ages but i've only stamped her once before so i thought it was time to bring her out of the packet, she is called 'Wonderful Tilda' and she's from the Sweet Rainbow collection and i've coloured with my Promarkers.
